Depends on how large the bill is and what I have on hand. If it is a zillion dollar bill, I don't think I'd be able to make change..now if it is a $20 bill, no problem! :)

Yes, but I only learned how to "Count up" when I was in my late twenties. I felt so foolish watching others do it, making it look so simple when I was baffled!

NO never I hate change so much I sometimes avoid the situation until it really has to happen :)

Yes I do and I think everyone should be able to make change. I was at a fast food restaurant once and the electric went off. The management said they could sell what was already made up but the problem was, none of the employees could count change back to the customers. They didn't have the cash registers running to tell them how much change to give back, so they had to lock the doors. So sad!!
