  • Eat it at your own risk. The best way to preserve food and avoid food poisoning is by placing in the refrigerator (at 41 degrees or below) immediately after cooking (when it's still hot) to avoid bacteria from growing. By allwoing the food to sit overnight at 70 degrees, you've provided the ideal growing conditions for all kinds of nasty things. You may not get sick but, then again, that's a chance you take & you are asking for trouble
