If by non-Christian you mean not religious, you wouldn't expect to make a decision of faith because that is reserved only for those who believe. As for not being able to make a decision of moral consequences, don't worry about it, neither can they
-
Morality and religion are not mutually exclusive.

The law is based on the 10 commandments later.

If you don't trust your rational side enough to make such big decisions maybe you ought to be allowing your irrational side more say in the matter, like, why not give faith a chance? Just in case... you might need it one day since it may offer more support than your own untrustworthy thought processes? Just a thought...

Everyone has the same problems morally speaking. Every Christian deals with the same temptations non-Christians deal with. I think as you become a true Christian you can discern wrong from right easier but everyone falters no Christian is morally perfect.

POLITICIANS Most of the time as a politician stands up Along with the truth, their brain sits down. Promising anything and everything to anyone While posing to the public, to be on common ground. The higher the office the greater the corruption As candidates compete for those dead presidents of green. While we're taxed to death to fund their pork Our cost for everything has become obscene. Thank God there are some better than most Not squeaky clean, but more honest than others. Regardless of party, they deserve our vote For they share our thoughts like sisters and brothers. Politicians who wish to be revered by history Must earn their fame by living the truth. Any who continue to mislead and deceive Must be shunned by the voter at the booth. THE PRESIDENCY Those who wish to be President Must practice what they teach. For their people need inspiring To believe what they preach. Take heed therefore, unto yourselves You overseers of the flock Or the voters shall cast you out For your futures are not of rock. Life may place you in deep waters Though it doesn't wish you to drown. It's your past record that lets us know Who you are as you smile or frown. If you wish to be remembered From the truth you must never part. Power corrupts the best of us When we stop listening to our heart. By Tom Zart Most Published Poet On The Web

You seem to imply that having given up the idea of thinking for themselves christians have a monopoly on making a valid morality choice. Christians do not make a morality choice they just go along with whatever weirdo sect they fall in with.

Faith is a "personal journey" ..u can't make unless u have KNOWLEDGE of HIS WORD..and is u are seeking God...u ask questions ,in EARNEST, of HIM and Believers..HE knows when anyone is trying to understand... but trying to understand is not possible if do not use HIS BOOK..HE GAVE...to make a HEART choice...thats the only choice that matters to HIM...a mans HEART is all HE goes by..the INWARD APPEARANCE,never OUTWARD... then we can choose ,with simple reasoning,right and wrong ,worship to HIM...the different FAITHS are irrelevant to HIM..its our FAITH..each person's to HIM that matters..such as HOW HE chose Abraham out of a land of pagan worshippers and not of HIS FAITH..Noah too...HE wants Faith first, OBEDIANCE second, as Adam nor Eve provided, but HE demands..like Moses,Abraham, Noah... both these above mentioned choices are urs and no other...but u need knowledge of what they call for:justme

Romans 2:14,15 For whenever people of the nations that do not have law do by nature the things of the law, these people, although not having law, are a law to themselves. They are the very ones who demonstrate the matter of the law to be written in their hearts, while their conscience is bearing witness with them and, between their own thoughts, they are being accused or even excused. People who do not know the Bible are created in God's image and are endowed with a conscience. In the last days, many choose to ignore their conscience. You can make a valid choice by not listening to false stories or fables that are mixed in with partial Bible truth. And by checking the scriptures like the ancient Beroeans did, you will know the truth. 2Tim 3:1-5; Acts 17:11; John 8:31,32; 2Tim 4:3,4; 2Pet 1:16 http://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=2Tim3:1-5;acts17:11;John8:31-32;2Tim4:3-4;2Pet1:16;&version=49;51;9;16;77;
