* 1 package (8 ounces) small shell or elbow macaroni * 1 cup mayonnaise * 2 tablespoons chopped onion * 1/2 cup chopped celery * 1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper * 1 1/2 teaspoons salt * 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper * 2 cans of tuna. Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain then rinse well with cold water. Drain Tuna thoroughly. Mix with the mayonnaise and onion. Cool completely; blend in remaining ingredients. Chill.

Sounds good! Just add a dash of tabasco if you like it a bit spicy, or some chopped black olives, a handful of chopped herbs such as coriander if you like? It's up to you to improvise.

Elbow macaroni, uncooked 1 cup Canned tuna, water-pack, drained 2 6-ounce cans Eggs, hard cooked, finely diced 4 Celery, chopped 1/4 cup Carrots grated 3/4 cup Salad dressing, mayonnaise-type 1/2 cup Onion, minced 2 tablespoons Pepper 1/4 teaspoon 1. Place water in large saucepan and bring to boil. Add macaroni and cook until tender, about 6 to 8 minutes. Drain. 2. Combine macaroni, tuna, eggs, celery, and carrots in a large bowl. 3. Stir together salad dressing, onion, and pepper. Spoon dressing over salad; toss until evenly combined. 4. Chill until ready to serve. PREPARATION TIME: 15 MINUTES COOKING TIME: 8 TO 10 MINUTES But everybody tends to add or take little things like the vegetables.
