Rude how? I think that's important to know whether it should be addressed or not.

She should ask someone to have him/her removed from the service. The widow is probably paying for the service. She certainly doesn't need to have someone increase her problems at this time. That person, no matter who they are, should be removed as quickly and quietly as possible.

I don't know who would be so crude as to be rude to a widow..however, the time to address something like that is at the time it happens..immediately, on the spot. If you wait, the timing is off and it seems as if you are the one harboring a grievance to bring it up at a later date. Either on the spot as it happens or let it go. Just my opinion of course. :)

If someone hurt your feelings, you need to determine if it was intentional or just stupid and awkward. If the latter, let it go. If the former, bring it up.
