  • The way you use the calligraphy, where you place it, the size you make it, what you include with it, the colors you choose.... all those are artistic choices and you will be placing things where you want them to be to achieve a "look." So, it would definitely be able to be considered as Art. Also, if you say it's art, it's art. These days, art is defined as anything that affects the viewer. That could be pleasing the viewer, moving the viewer or even making the viewer angry because the viewer thinks it crummy and not worth being called "art."
