Only food can't make you skinny but it can help a lot. Low-calories foods and natural vegetables I think are best.

apples, oranges, grapefruit, carrotts, celery, blueberries, strawberries, oatmeal, lettuce...just to name a few

Try fruits and salads.

Cottage cheese and scrambled eggs. Eat nothing, but the above. No carbohydrates. You can use a little ketchup.

don't eat junk food, and eat in moderation. That's the key. :)

You've received some great answers! Celery and apples take more 'calories' to digest than they actually contain. Use those as your "treat" items. I used to eat an apple after a light dinner while others were having dessert. Lean meats (if you eat meat) and raw veggies. Good luck and don't try to for TOO skinny please!
