  • This is a horrible sitation when you feel helpless because someone else has been allowed to control your thoughts. Maybe its time to take for you to be in control of making yourself happy. Firstly I would say go to the doctors, it doesnt have to be an issue that affects your normal life or your future. Go tell them how your feeling. They will give you some tablets for the interim and thats better than how your feeling now. Secondly, I know its hard when there is no one there that understands those feeling when its late at night your on your own and there is no one up to talk to but its not over you CAN control your thoughts. You know they are wrong or you wouldnt be writing this. This at least means your scared of how you feel which is good. Try to play something like tetris its free on the internet and it takes up a lot of your time and thought process. This will engross you a little more than just having the bad thoughts. Thirdly, its time to deal with how you feel about your relationship. I dont know how the break up went but if you give yourself a few weeks which will feel like a life time but do not allow yourself to think of the things which may happen between you in this time you must not let your mind wonder to much otherwise you will believe your thoughts which are not true as you know when your calm and happy the things you think now are irrational and they will be when its about this subject. You are not the only one out there and I know it doesnt seem like it but you are going to be ok. There are people out there who care. I would say slowly but surely if not already build your friendships up and keep them close. Its amazing how if you ever get into this situation again your thoughts will be much different.
