I replace my contacts when I am suppost to (every month). I just came back from the opthamologist last week, who told me that the reason that I have, "eye buggers," my eye runs, and I feel like something is always under my eyelid (like a contact that's crumpled, or something similar) is because I have been "over-wearing" my contacts. I do not take them out (at all) for my eyes to "get breathers." She said that under my eyelid I had lots of tiny bumps, that my eye was highly inflammed, and that I needed to put these eyedrops (Zaditor) in my eyes once in the morning, and once at night (for 2 weeks), and not wear my contacts (for 2 weeks)! Now that's what happens when you "over wear" your contact lenses!

They get all sorts of bacteria on them from the air, and because they are in touch with your moist eyes, are breeding ground for moulds. Do as you are advised and you will have your eyesight for a long time.

Your eyes will get dry, inflamed and as the proteins build up will cause a lot different things to happen, I evan had in past them to stick to eye and could not get much moister back into them to remove them
