  • Alot of getting through anger is allowing yourself to let go of it. If you cannot do this, talking to someone who can help you work through it is often helpful. Anger will only fester and continue to hurt you and others until you let it go or work it through, and usually that means doing both things.
  • There was not enough information, however if you are that depressed, to feel "far away" and are hurting others, possibly get some therapy to work through any unresolved issues you have. Counseling could be very beneficial for you.
