Mars.
Not actually. But because of our 'different' religious affiliations at the time, I told this to our children in jest. I didn't know, but our youngest took it to heart, for she asked, "How did we get here?". I explained the idea of ships and civilizations on Mars underground (hence not detected), etc.
Her kindergarten teacher shortly thereafter had everyone stand and state their name and where they were born.
"My name is Deborah, and we are from Mars."
We received a note from her teacher.
Her best friend sitting next to her whispered, "My Mom says, 'Men are from Mars and women are from Venus." They are still friends to this day.
