At night, you approach a 4-way stop sign intersection simultaneously with a driver to your right. Who goes first?

    Same as during the day. The driver to your right goes first. (This is in your drivers license manual).

    It doesn't matter if it is day or night, the person to my right has the right of way first over me. I remember that as a question from taking my driver's test years ago.

    Edit: In Mexico and also some big cities like New York, the law still holds, but don't count on people giving you the right of way if you are on their right!
