I don't think much about that. But then, I am about as normal as a hot day in the Antarctic.
-
I do think it is normal .... were all going to go some day, so one would think about it.
-
I do that once in awhile too. I think it's just part of being a living creature----it's natural because like other animals, a human being's first priority is self-preservation. It's a fundamental law of nature, to survive. That's why we speculate about the possibility of death. It keeps us level-headed and focused on reality.

I think that mankind has alway thought about death and dying...It is, after all, a very important stage of life.
-
I think it's normal and I know that Life Insurance salespeople rely on it! :)

I think its normal ,i was ill a couple of years ago and had to have loads of tests and since then ive thought about it much more but i hope ive got a long time as im only 31 ,but i think its perfectly normal as long as it dosent get into an obsession.

If someone came into my house while I was sleeping... They should be thinking about dying... not me!
-
No, I don't think it's normal to think about it all the time. Having said that, I do it thou & it worries me a bit

It is not something most people would think about as much as you but some people will. Sometimes when you really do not want to think about something and try not to think about it your anxiety gets the better of you and you cant seem to get it out of your head. Fear of dying is common in people with anxiety disorder when they feel like they have something physically wrong with them when infact the symptoms are caused by anxiety. Eg headaches and fast racing heart. You could well be paranoid about dying. Feeling of falling apart is called depersonalisation and its common in people with anxiety as is a feeling of impending doom.

Yes. I do this from time to time, and then wonder if my mangled remains will show up in pictures on the internet.
-
Yes; I believe that we all think about dying from time to time and the different ways that we COULD die ... for YEARS I continue to have this dream where my car goes off of a huge bridge and I die in the water ...
-
Yea, I think it's totally normal. A car accident would be a horrendous way to die & my worst feared(because I'm in the car alot)
-
I believe that these kinds of thoughts are part of being a self-conscious (or self-aware) being. It is something we are all going to face some day, so how could it not be normal to think or wonder about it at some point? There are many theories and 'explanations' of what happens after we die... So there are a lot of others who have been (and still are) thinking about it too. It may not be something that everyone wants to talk about, but I'm sure most people have thought about it, even if it was only for a few minutes or even seconds.
-
i do that a lot, those what-ifs. what if this had happened to me. i hate thinking about it though, of course i do, i'm only 15. & already i'm thinking about death. but i think it's pretty normal. we hear stories everyday about someone dying. it's natural for us to wonder.

Everyone thinks about dying and even suicide from time to time. Anyone who denies it is a liar. Just the mere mention of the word suicide makes people think about it. We're all mortal beings. Death is inevitable to every human on the face of the earth. What could possibly be abnormal about thinking about it?
-
Yes, it is normal to think about dying as long as you don't do it excessively which would lead to problems..for example; to start having phobias about being in a car or staying in your house by yourself.
