Great movie. I think Deckard was a human to the end. What shifted inside him was his view of the replicants. Blade Runner gets better the more often you see it. I think it is one of Harrison Fords' best movies.

I think Deckard was human, as petrus said, he just changed his view on the replicants throughout the film. Especially after the blonde one (I forget his name) didn't kill him and spoke with him at the end. Harrison Ford siad in an interview that he didn't think Deckard was a replicant. But theres a strong case for and against.
