How do you know the difference between funny sarcasm, and sarcasm that hurts someone's feelings? If one person laughs at the same joke you tell to another person who gets offended, what is the difference? (Assume perfect world scenario)

It is all funny to someone. The answer is easy. The last sarcastic thing you said would it be funny if someone said it to you or about you. Oh ya, you should know atleast one person in the world would say the same to you so do not act like it would be impossible for someone to observe the same in you. The song is not about you!
