Philosophically, you'll know when you are in love. Practically, I like to look at a picture of the person and try to focus on how I feel then jack it and look at the picture again and compare the two feelings. Im a horny guy so that works for me, i dunno if it could work you being a girl.

i am not a poet but i say it that love is something that can not describe in words. but i can say you some indications of it. like you feel worry for a person when he or she is not with you. you feel easy and calm when that person near you. and specially with this two feelings you feel also sexuality of your self. then you are in love with that person at all. this is i can answer you best
