  • i used to feel that way too. i wouldnt leave my house unless i was wearing my blood red lipstick, high-heels, and my x-fave purse, even if i was just walking out my door to get my mail!!! then, i stopped caring what other people thought of me. actually, i stopped caring about anything. in other words--- GET OVER IT!!!
  • I have been agoraphobic for 12 years, from the age of 16 to 19 i didnt leave my house once i wouldnt even look out the window, i felt like all ppl were evil and were out to get me, im alot better now i go out maybe once or twice a week, my medication helps keep me calm! and my 'CPN' visits me every 2 weeks to have a chat and see how im doin, if you feel that way you should really go and see your doctor they can help you, but i know that the first step is the hardest.. its easyer if you take someone you trust with you..
  • I know how you feel. I get like that alot aswell. sometimes i just sort of force myself out, but i always feel as tho im being stared and feeling awkward. its horrible. so hard for me to leave the house.
  • I have the same problem. Although it's not so much going out alone that's a problem, but going out period. It sounds like you may have agoraphobia or social phobia (you fear being judged). If you can afford it, I would suggest visiting a therapist, because this fear can be difficult to overcome on one's own.
