I don't think the "not that I'm bothered" in brackets matters. If it's easy to answer, or if it's posted at a time when traffic on AB is relatively higher, the question is bound to get more answers.

I don't think see what difference it would make, unless people took a dislike to the question itself and feel that you really are bothered and will test you out about it by DRing you.

I believe that it may actually get you more answers because many people are going to see this as a sign that it really does matter to you. Why say 'not that I'm bothered' or 'not that I care' or something along those lines on a rather anonymous message board unless you are trying to hide something, even if it is only from yourself. This could be the bait that an antagoniser is looking for. People who actually care will usually fight back, giving them their much-needed fun. . Just my thoughts.
