  • Very salty water - well that is what my parents gave me when I swallowed something.

  • If someone swallows poison you should call the poison control center first because inducing vomiting in some cases could cause more damage.
  • If someone swallows poison, the worst thing you can do is make them vomit. Phone an ambulance immediately, or better still, don't keep poison in your house.
  • Don't! If you didn't know vomiting makes things worse. on household products they mostly say do not induce vomiting.
  • Depending on what someone swallowed, it can KILL them if they vomit. Don't play at home ER doctor. Call 911 or the Poison Hotline at 1-800-222-1222. They will tell you what to do and I am sure getting the person to the hospital (calling the paramedics) is one of the things they will tell you if the person truly is in danger.
  • i think you want to know for other reasons, but vomiting is not recommended for alot of poisons. please ring your poisons hotline if someone swallows something they shouldn't.
