If a person is underage with a person of legal age, they enter a liquor store to buy liquor, the minor isn't the one buying it, just accompany the legal person, and the person of legal age buys liquor with the presence of the minor, will the clerk refuse?

It depends. In some places the clerk is legally required to check both ID's, in some places the clerk will just shrug and allow it, and in other places the clerk will deny the liquor just on the suspicion that underage buying is going on. I've met clerks who never card anyone, and those who take a good long stare at each and every party member's ID. I've even met clerks who card my dad, and he's 60.
