Have you ever had a Christmas where "Santa" didn't bring you any presents? Why?

No, and it's the same thing every year. I jump out of bed and race to check my stocking for something new .... and there it is .... a new lump of coal and some fresh deer shit !! :-)

Many of them, most when I was in the Army. I had two years in Vietnam when there were no presents, cards or anything else. Then again, Vietnam was a rather "unpopular" war.

There have been years where we have had family meetings and decided we couldn't afford Christmas. This year is one of them unfortunately. We saved money for like 2 months to be sure we would have all the money we needed and then someone stole it like a week or so ago so we have no money now. But this is only the third time we have ever not had Christmas. Or maybe the second. I don't remember off hand right now but we have had more years with Christmas than without it so I guess we are doing all right.
