Not Post ponable sorry just too extreme

They're not going to forget a 30 MPH infraction. Just go to court and get it over with so you can move on.

That trick will not fly. You may get away with postponing a traffic court date one time, then it goes into a warrant if you do not show for court. 94 mph in a 65 mph zone qualifies you for reckless driving. did you only receive a speeding ticket? if so, the officer was generous. Do what you are suppose to do and go to court on the court date.

Face facts.20+ mph over the speed limit in most cases is an automatic reckless driving...Go in,plead guilty and bite the bullet...and if you think the fine and court costs are high, wait and see what your next insurance premium!

thye wont throw the case just like that.. but you might get lucky and get the tickett,, dismmissed if you say not guilty//// yeah I remember I had reschedule mine for like 4 times, and yeah he dismissed one tickett.. so it was worth it.. Good Luck,
