  • Nice question. :) Personally I don't believe in Tarot, no.
  • I got my tarot cards read last year sometime and the lady was actually right on with a lot of things, and I was very skeptical of her when she was reading them.
  • No i don't sorry.
  • I use to read the Tarot cards. It scared the heck out of me when I would do a reading for a friend, because I would find out so much about them that I did not want or need to know. I stopped reading them to my friends, but continued to read them for myself, they were pretty much on target. Of course, I have gotten rid of them since I accepted Jesus as my Savior. Good question. God Bless, <:))))<><
  • I definitely believe that Tarot readings exist. I think that it depends upon the reader and the questioner as to whether or not they help. The cards can help you sort out your feelings, analyze situations, and tap into your subconcious about an issue. The interpretation of the cards is, after all, up to you.
  • I read them so yes I do. I feel as long as it for good, not evil, it is acceptable, to me anyway
  • double post
  • No, I would stay away from this kind of thing because if I want to know about the future I wait for it to happen. It's a form of divination and linked to spritism and something that true Christians need to steer clear of.
  • I don't beleive in their power to predict - anything that they do is coindience, but it's wonderful fun all the same.
  • They only "work" if you believe in them. As anything else, really.
  • Tarot cards are merely a tool used to help the mystic or medium to focus. The cards read like your star sign - each one has a short description. It is the reader who interprets what each card or a few cards together might mean to the client. Likewise with the crystal ball. Pictures don’t appear in the crystal ball, they appear in the readers head and the crystal ball is merely a tool which is used as a focus point. If you go to a medium today who uses a crystal ball or tarot cards… I’m not saying they will not be good at what they do, but if they refuse to admit that these things are merely tools to help them focus… Seek out a medium who does not use these thing anymore. Having said that… Beginners still use them… Simply to help with focus and concentration.
  • I read them. I think they are a great tool for self-assessment.
  • A lot of religion and mysticism is based in superstition. It's time to rise above all that and know that there is more to this world and us than we realise. And it is REAL!
  • Yes. I have been reading tarot cards for about 3 years now.
  • Tarot is just a tool for the person. It is the person who is either real or fake. Some people have the gift, others don't. Some talk to spirits and demons, while others imagine or make up things.
  • I've read Tarot for over a decade and know that it is often accurate. Go to a respected practitioner and try it for yourself.
  • LOL, no. I am not a moron.
  • If only it were so easy....I regard them as an equivalent of this forum in a way. By going through the process of formulating a question, or proposing an answer, we come up with something which is greater than the sum of its parts. A skilled or naturally gifted 'fortune teller' is able to pick up on these subtleties and give then inteligible form,,,,we humans are more complex than to be reducible to the machinations of paste-board pictures....but it would be quiet exciting if someone could REALLY tell our future, I often think. however thats,
  • No I don't. I'm not a moron.
  • oh yes, and so far they have been accurate
  • I read tarot and they are a tool to open you to answers locked inside yourself. I have never used them for a foretelling the future kind of thing. (outside the obvious.........if you are living in a negative state, negative things will happen and continue to happen until you change your focus) Tarot is to help understand the current and the past in order to learn and to learn how use positive influences for your future. Tarot works because we all know the answers to our questions, but sometimes need help sorting out the answers.
  • I believe that there is more to life than what science can explain, but I also believe that sometimes people need a reason to hear what they need/want to hear, and a vague prediction open to interpretation allows them to do this. I don't know if I believe in tarot readings, to be honest. What I do know is that it is never a good thing to draw the "Happy Squirrel" card. ;)
