Yes..I maintain composure by turning that feeling into something I can deal with better..Anger..I can do anger..I was raised to believe that falling to the floor, crying, etc is a weakness and you never show a weakness. :)

Sometimes, I just go some place private and have a good cry or scream to release some of the pressure. Then I'm OK to go back and try again!! Even just a brief change of "scenery" can help a bit. Also, don't be afraid to say you can't handle it all sometimes! We're all only human and have our limits.
