If you were going to a high end club what would you wear with a black pinstripe suit?

Shoes the same color as the pinstripes, with a tie and belt to match the shoes. If you're trying to look extra-smooth, add a hat to match the belt, tie, and shoes. (This can go for a man or a woman, actually)

It depends if the pinstripes are bold and contrast with the rest of the suit or if its all black or grey with just a small black pinstipe that is subdue. Im imagining the suit and i can picture a white collar button down or you can even do a v-neck white or black t-shirt thats made of good fibers(not cheap looking). Thats all i can suggest without seeing it. Hope that helps
