I would wear pantyhose. It is classier and warmer, I think.

Neither for me, but bare legs with a bit of shimmer is perfect for you. Come to think of it, if you were my date for this party, your bare legs with a bit of shimmer would be perfect for me to.

It seems that a lot of young women are going the bare legs route. That only looks good with a tan, I think. There are a lot of "bare" look pantyhose now. I prefer those. More polished looking.

Bare is a little too casual for semi-dressy. I'd go with the hose. If you want to dress it up more, get some stockings with shimmer, a gem accent or a sexy seam up the back :)
