No, I don't think I'll report any missing pieces even if there might be some. Think instead I'll say I've got a few existing pieces that have gotten a little bent up or faded or otherwise in need of some attention. Best do that .. so the the whole picture comes in better. :)

The missing piece is actually a fossil. It is somewhere in Africa I am sure. But it hasn't been found yet.

Thankfully, I have all of my puzzle pieces. What I am missing is the glue to hold them all together!

Well that depends. If you mean missing puzzle piece to life, then my missing piece is a girlfriend. If you're talking about an actual puzzle, then I have no answer as I'm currently not working on one.

Well, it was a really huge puzzle. I worked on it constantly for what seemed like forever. I actually thought that I was finished with it for the longest time until I had to move it and the light shown through it. There it was in the middle, a great big empty space at the base of a shade tree. By this time I didn't have the box anymore and no matter how hard I tried, I couldn't make out what was supposed to be on that last piece. I looked all around where I was working on it and after a while, I thought that it would just have to do as it was but that empty space seemed to get bigger every time I looked at the puzzle. One evening, I was puttering about, not even thinking about it and it appeared in the most unlikely place. I would have never thought to look there because it was quite a way from where I thought it should be. It was certainly worth the wait because the Daffodil on the puzzle piece brought the whole thing together beautifully.
