J.P. Morgan and the yacht. I understand the story to be that after buying the yacht,the salesman asked Mr. Morgan, "Don't you want to know how much it costs? That's when is supposed to have said, "If you have to ask, you can't afford it." This guy was so rich that through negotianions with Grover Cleveland, Morgan actually made a loan to the US government. This is beyond my imagination.
