  • I'm thinking you mean idol-wise, and I have two answers for this. One, no one has to be anything or anyone that they don't want to be, so if they decided to lead the life that they chose, they should do what's expected of them in that particular field- especially if people are following their lead. Secondly, no one has to be what they don't want to be, so if they say, "to hell with it," and do their own thing- which alot of people won't agree with, naturally- I say more power to them. Sometimes it's not all about what everyone else wants of you, but whats important to YOU
  • Ok I took the question different, So I think yes. I believe anyone can affect someones life good or bad. If you wlk up to a total stranger that is having a bad life at the moment and you kick them down even farther then you have affected them negitivly and it could have a bad ending One the other hand if you show that stranger that mankind is caring and there is hope in the future you might have just saved their life. I try and remember that with everyone I come into contact with.
  • Of course it does. In fact, we all affect the lives of many, even though many of us don't reallize that we do. That is why I believe that we should strive to do all things from a heart of compassion and understanding. Much of, in fact probably all problems our human society faces are a direct result of our inability to see beyond ourselves, or our circle of friends, family or our countries. If we saw all people as every bit as important and vital as ourselves there would be no war or poverty in the world. It is our individual responsebility to give a damb, and pass it on.
  • well based on my understanding of what this means absolutely we all have a part to play eg. doctors help to cure diseases and so on i think we should all try and help each other because you never know when u might need help but the problem is so much people outhere is so selfish if they pass a homeless person on the street asking for help and they have the money they refuse to give a penny or take them to the hospital, because of greed they want everything for themselves, so poor people are like trash to them but poor people wishes to not help poorer people because of discrimination. its just so sad i just pray for all those who need forgiveness because one day god will return for his kingdom.
  • I do think we have a responsibility in that regard. For that reason I am careful what I do and say to others. I have had others affect me both posotively and negatively without them realizing it. I have also seen too many people hurt by just words alone. I'm far from perfect but I have had many instances where my life turned on a single sentence someone said to me. They were not even aware that they had infuenced me either posotively or negatively but I have never forgotten. I dont always succeed but I try to live by the old "If You cant say something nice don't say anything at all" In many cases We have no idea how we affected people during our lives. Wouldn't it be horrible to find that you uttered one unkind word or kicked someone when they were down and they did something drastic? I worry about that. I have met very few people- Even people I didn't like, who didn't have some redeeming quality somewhere. I think if you actually sat down and talked to almost anyone you would find you have a lot more in common than not. There are exceptions of course but being negative and hurtful rarely helps anyone.
