try some orajel!!!

Take an over the counter pain reliever and OraGel. My ex wife's family swears that clove oil rubbed on the tooth helps TREMENDOUSLY, BUT DO NOT GET IT ON YOUR TONGUE! Apparently it burns like spicy food if you do.

orajel will only help a bit and usually numbs the gums and the tongue more than the tooth/exposed nerves. If you go to a pharmacy many of them carry a putty compound made specifically for this problem u have. you just put some of the resin putty where the filling used to be and it hardens and will fill the hole temporarily..I do not know how long it will last but you get a decent amount for a few bucks. This will stop air and food and such getting to it which is causing the pain of course.

They have temporary filling stuff

aleve(naproxen) otc, some niquil, go to bed.

I had one of those.. I drank whiskey, didn't like it, had to hold my nose to drink it down, happily the pain went away. But I had a hangover the next day... Do ya think I drank too much¿ ☺

Stop the infection. If it were me, I would go to my nearest vet place and get some antibiotic liquid and drip it on (hey, we're animals) and keep it up for ten days. Or ten Kyolic garlics four times a day. Salt water is also a mild bactericide. Warm, of course. Colloidal silver night help.

not much. go to a doctor or an emergency ward. I had to do this once.,.and they gave me enough pain killers to really control the pain until I could see the doctor on Monday morning...Mine was New Year's Eve...If you have been going to your dentist for a number of years try callling his office...sometimes they have a referral number for emergencies...my dentist later told me I should have called him at home:(

some people chew on Tylenol or whatever, never had to do it myself but I've heard it helps...
-
Straight up herion.

cut a raisin in half, coat the sticky cut side with black pepper and place it in the tooth. Don't know why but it helped me. Also heard that whole cloves laid on the site helps too.
