depends on your criteria of worst or best? are you saying lower income,crime stats, aesthetics?

Can't say about the worst. The good ones are where elite class resides. Areas are: Farmhouse Schemes (extremely rich people), F-8, F-7, F-6, recently opened sectors F-10 & F-11 (Although I don't like the flats in F-11), Private houses in G-6. These areas belong to the elite class. Other elite sectors are: Most part of I-8/3 which was initially developed for CDA employees. Housing schemes under development are Defence Housing (although its very far away).
