Only one?! You, sir, are a harsh questionmaster. Because I am difficult, I will choose one TV series and one film. Despite all the great anime I've seen, I think I'll have to go American and say Batman: The Animated Series. Love it, love it, love it. Grave of the Fireflies is one of the most beautiful movies I've ever seen, animated or not.

Transformers - THE MOVIE! Fantastic, it starred the magnificent Orson Welles (often acclaimed as one of the best movie people ever!) in one of his last roles before he died. It also had Leonard Nimoy, Spock himself. And the rock soundtrack was amazing! Finally, it has Optimus Prime with a lightsabre. It cannot be surpassed.

I love all things anime, and have recently fallen in love with "Howls Moving Castle", but there was one a few years ago starring Dakota and Elle Fanning called, "My Neighbor Totoro" which was pretty cool. Aside from that, my all-time favorite series I think (aside from South Park) would have to be "Reboot!" This was such a GREAT GREAT GREAT GREAT series!

I like the Wallace & Gromit series for film (okay I didn't particularly like the Wererabbit one). The shorts are still the best. Anything Aardman does is good. Aother Aardman fave is the short "Not Without My Handbag" it was just too funny.

Full Metal Alchemist. By far hands down my favorite, It only had I think 52 episodes but I can watch it over and over, it was such a great story. Next to that my favorite on going series is Bleach, again great story line!
