Liposuction, nose job, breast implants, facelift, dark circles or teeth whitened. Which one should I pick for my Christmas present? I can only pick one.

You should think budget-wise! In this economic depression do you have money for any of them?

How about giving that money to a group that works with infants with cleft palates instead? They REALLY need it, vs. cosmetic purposes.

Facelift - costs the most. If you feel you need it, you should do it. It is okay to do what you want to feel better about yourself.

It depends which one you need the most. No point in having a facelift if you are very young.

If you don't know - don't do anything. It's not like choosing a burger or taco salad, where you can try something on someone else's whim

Teeth it's the safest option

Get the fake boobs. Go big or go home, as they say.

Teeth whitening! "No one likes a dirty mouth" besides, the other choices are much too extreme to do to the body. Of course the boob job is the most expensive if you really feel you need it and cannot afford to do it yourself.

I would chose breast implants, but that just me. If you dont have little ones them you would need to chose something different.
