  • So long as the owner provided you with a response to your request (which should be a valid reason, violation of work/safety rules) and you were able to read/understand it, there is nothing wrong. However, if what is written is untrue/ not factual or you do not speak/understand Spanish, you may have a case of unjust suspension.
  • Is it valid for what? In most states an employer does not need to give you a reason why your are being suspended or terminated. I would need to know what you intended to do with the letter to determine if it is valid for that purpose.
