What age is she? How long did she have it?
Sounds a bit like Impetigo, harmless but highly contagious fungus that kids get, easily passed in schoolyard etc.
Other thing it could be is a fungal infection from a cat? Do you have pets?

You're reading For the last week my daughter has had a rash next to her mouth actually they look like little pimples. theyr starting to go away . it looks like a circle shape i have switched her soap but somtime she gets into the t. paste i think she lets it dry on.
