• 2-4 cloves crushed garlic • 1/2 medium tomato, chopped • 3 tablespoons good vinegar (I like apple cider vinegar in this dressing) • 1/2 cup yogurt • 1/2 cup packed fresh parsley • 2 teaspoons dried basil or 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh basis. • 2 teaspoons dried oregano or 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh oregano • 1/2 teaspoon salt • 1/8 teaspoon fresh ground pepper • 1 teaspoon celery seed • 1/2 cup olive oil. Combine all ingredients except oil in the blender. With blender on slowest speed, slowly add the oil. Makes about 2 cups.

1 c. mayonnaise 1/2 small onion 2 tbsp. red wine vinegar 1 tbsp. sugar 3/4 tsp. garlic salt or powder 1/8 tsp. pepper Place all ingredients in blender container, cover. Blend on medium speed 15 seconds or until smooth. Cover; chill. Makes about 1 1/4 cups.
