Lemon Zest would be good too, the oils will Lube the brain so it does'nt chafe on the side of the jar!

That's silly. Line the bottom of the jar with a couple of dryer sheets for freshness. The lemon is for taste, add a cherry for looks, and it should be stirred gently, not shaken. :-)
