I prefer orange and yellow
-
The deepest reds, oranges, and yellows I can find. So pretty!
-
I prefer green and sometimes red, but that is just because they are more locally fresh and available. For taste, they all seem fine to me.
-
All of them. I don't have a preference. (I prefer hot peppers...habaneros are my favorite.)
-
I can have all of them as a treat
-
I like food of rich color, so I like all four together, especially in fajitas.
-
Red and Green.
-
I like red for it's sweetness. Yum, I have it in my salad each day at work for lunch :)
-
I like all of them exept green .. I dont know why just dont like it.
-
I like all of them, but I like yellow the best. My order of preference from favorite to least favorite is yellow, orange, red, green.
-
Red is my favorite, followed by yellow. Green is okay. I have never had a flavorful orange pepper. I'm not sure why, but every one I've ever bought has been watery and tasteless. I just don't buy them anymore.
-
Red, Orange, Green, Yellow (in that order)
-
I eat them all but especially enjoy red, orange and yellow.
-
Sweet Bell Peppers - Yummy
-
Green and Red. Green especially.
-
It depends on what I'm cooking. Green bell peppers are considered more versatile, though I don't understand why... they are usually more flavorful. If I am making italian food I will usually go with green, because italian food has strong flavors which can hold their own with a green bell. If I am using the peppers with onions to flavor a potato dish I usually use red bells, because the flavor is lighter and sweeter, plus the colour looks nice with potatoes. I normally only use orange and yellow, in combination with red, when I am making a mexican dish.
-
Green is best if I have to choose one! I love them all colors mixed in salad.
-
I like and enjoy them all, but I find red and orange to be the sweetest.

They are all tasty. THey all have their uses. And you could add HOT peppers, too. I love poblanos and jalapeños, even the tiny Thai birdseye peppers.
