How do you get cooking oil out of furniture upholstery?

    You need to use a product that will break down the oil so it can be completely removed from the fabric fibers. Go on line and get a product called Scat. It will take out anything organic and other things as well including salad and cooking oil. Apply it directly to the stains on the uphostery, let it sit overnight, then rinse it out with clean wet sponges and blot dry with clean towels. Or if you have a carpet machine with a hand attachment use that. www.orendapalm.com
