Yes. If someone is so gossipy that they can't keep anything to themselves I feed them some rumours to keep them busy.

Actually, I'm a sidelines gal..I avoid the spotlight..I don't like a lot of attention. So I would be the last person in the world to start a rumor about myself. :)

nah. In fact i think i've only been a major part of one rumor or atleast that i know of. It was that i was going to the dance with my best-guy-friend but i was not!

my ex bf got into a fight at work. the next his best friend and I pretended he was dead to scare the kid. The kid called his parents crying. The whole school lost it. Everyone including teachers was upset. It backfired badly though. It became too huge of a rumor and everyone hated us for a while.
