Yes. Make sure to keep them in an air tight container. Ziploc bags work well. The less air exposure they have the longer they will last unharmed.

Yes, but only after they are cooked. I wouldn't suggest freezing uncooked ham or cabbage. I would also suggest covering with a small amount of broth, so they don't dry out when re-heated.

I freeze cabbage, but it has to be used soon after, ham I woud not freeze as it tends to leak after, not so appertising
