• This is in the cocktails section, so I'll stick to those: From Maestro recipe 1 1/2 oz anejo rum 1/2 oz sherry 1/2 oz lime juice 4 oz ginger ale In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the rum, sherry, and lime juice. Shake well. Strain into a collins glass almost filled with crushed ice and top with the ginger ale. Garnish with a lemon twist. From Anniversary Punch 1 Qt. Whiskey, 2 Cups Orange juice, 1 Cup Pineapple juice, 1 Cup Brown Sugar, 1/2 Cup Lemon juice, 2 Litres Ginger Ale, 1 Pint Pineapple and 1 Pint Orange Sherbert In large punch bowl, mix all but ginger ale and Sherbert together making sure sugar is dissolved. Add Ginger Ale and Sherbert just before serving. Garnish with maraschino cherries, orange & pineapple slices. From Orange Blossom Special 6 ounces frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed 8 ounces gin 8 ounces ginger ale 1 quart orange sherbet Put everything in the blender and blend well (6 servings)!   • For a non-alcoholic ginger beer based drink, 1 small bottle of ginger beer(about 330ml) a large dash of lime juice (about 50-75ml) followed by a drop of grenadine. Tastes great over crushed ice.
