it didn't work for me, but try it; you never know.
-
If it cures you why not
-
Try it and see if it works. If it does, you may want to write a book about it and show all of the clinically depressed people in the world how they can overcome their depression by being happy instead of with drugs. Good luck to you on that!
-
It may help you so by all means try that .. otherwise see a doctor. Depression is nothing to be ashamed of. Would you be ashamed of being diabetic? No. Depression is physiologiclly based, usually.. although obviously life factors are involved if not causative. If drugs help, take them ... many many people do.

Not that I have found, but you can give it a try! but don't forget to be real with at least one person, you don't want to be laughing on the outside and dieing on the inside.

Isn't depression a lot of anger? Maybe you're just bored?
-
Hate to burst your bubble but if you are clinically depressed CHOOSING to be happy and laugh isn't going to make you NOT depressed nor is trying to "snap out of it" or get over it. That is what non depressed people say to you to justify discounting your real feelings. Nothing to be ashamed of. It is a REAL chemical imbalance which everyone looks down on but if you had diabetes than nobody would look down on you..same principal. Have you been depressed for a while or did it just happen.. It could be SAD which happens in the winter and over holidays. If it is, then you may feel better after Christmas and as the weather warms up but you may not. Seek help.
