If you're certain your behavior is not the result of another underlying condition, then, yes - find something else to do with your time! Surely there are things you enjoy besides sexual stimulation. Sports? Hobbies? Window shopping at the mall? Reading? Doing your homework? It is possible that hypersexuality is the result of other conditions, though, such as Klüver-Bucy syndrome, bi-polar disorder, or brain trauma. If you're having promiscuous sex to fill a void, though, I would seek help from a mental health professional.

If you are truly being serious here then I think you definitely have a problem. At 13 you're really too young to be having sex at all - let alone being "nymphoish". It's great that you want to stop this behaviour and I think it would be a really good idea to go talk to a counsellor or therapist. Sometimes females act out in this way due to previous sexual, physical or mental abuse. It could be that you are trying to have control over some aspect of your life or it may be that you crave the attention. Regardless of what the reason, you should get to the heart of the matter and resolve the internal struggles that you're having. Good luck.

i can completely relate with you. i was the exact same way from the age of 13. hell, i still am lol. if there was a way to message you privately i would because ive learned a lot about myself over the past 5/6 years and well id like to make sure you dont make the same mistakes i did. i read on a diff post of yours that youre using condoms, so youre not stupid.. :-P i think my personal reasons for being so sexual at a young age was because i was constantly ridiculed for various reasons throughout my childhood, and well to be honest my family didnt nurture me as much as they should have (i spent all day in my room alone) and once i realized 'oh crap, i have boobies and i can use them', i used sexuality as a way to gain affection from those around me.
