  • You cannot register the vehicle. Your only hope is to get your money back from the owner or pay off the lein to Maricopa superior court. And while your there, file a claim against the original owner.
  • Call the police, that is illegal to sell you a vehicle with a lein. Take him to small claims court to get your money back.
