Guitar Hero 3. One time me,my cousin and a friend (my cousin being a good GH player) tried to play Through the Fire and Flames on Expert, all on one controller. We, combined, only got 21%.

Either Guitar Hero or Wii bowling.

Wii Bowling. Very fun, and you don't have to commit to a game, you can play speed bowling or other smaller, quicker games if you like. I love it.
