I am sure you meant "Who" and my favorite is Jeff Lyne. His work as the front man for ELO was phenomenal and his solo work is underappreciated. My favorite song is either "Mr. Blue Sky" or "Don't Bring Me Down." . BTW, although ELO Part II was not well-received after Jeff's departure, it is still an AMAZING CD and it's a shame not many people gave them a chance.
