No, they'll just remove one gravestone after it's been there for a while and put another body in the same site.

In some asian countries they will bury the coffins standing up to save on room. Others even crush the bodies to make them fit into thinner caskets.

That will be a long, long time into the future; it will be a problem someone not even alive yet will need to resolve.
