How about some chili mac? Mix a can of chili with a can of Crushed tomatoes a tablespoon of Balsamic vinegar. Cook med heat for a few minutes and pour on cooked pasta. Sprinkle some Parmesan on it.
Pb and j. Extra chunky.
Just had...Chimichangas and the best salsa I ever had.
now I'm trying to speed digest it for enough room for beer.

I am making my famous Italian burgers and coleslaw with french fries and baked beans on the side.
I mix hamburger with ground Italian sausage and some A1 sauce. the coleslaw can be a side dish but I personally like to place mine as a condiment.

Caprese Salad
* 2 large red or yellow tomatoes, sliced
* 1/2 pound Fresh Mozzarella Cheese, drained, sliced
* 1 bunch fresh basil leaves
* 3 tablespoons olive oil
* 2 tablespoons red wine or balsamic vinegar
* salt and freshly ground black pepper
1. Arrange tomato, cheese slices and basil alternately overlapping on platter.
2. Whisk oil and vinegar together. Pour over tomatoes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
