I was wondering which Brand LCD Flat Panel TV to buy .
A Sony 40" Bravia XBR 1080pwith 120HZ or a Panasonic that has the same features.
Someone mentioned that a Panasonic is a much better TV than a Sony. Any Suggestions?

I own a Panasonic, which has been great,but i've never heard anyone ever state, or seen specifications that show that 1 LCD is better than another. They are both excellent brands in LCD's. Infact, i would say the Sony LCD has a more vivid and true to life picture. You are on the right track though, you can't go wrong with either 1. Things to consider when the quality of the items are so close would be warranty, and the country the LCD was manufactured in. (You would rather the LCD to have been manufactured in Japan as opposed to China or Korea, even though the componentry would probably be produced in the same factory).
